What happens at a buyer consultation? We meet in my office or at a coffee shop or brewery of your choice, we talk about what you are looking for in a home/community, you get resources and checklists and we come up with a game plan together for how we will get you from where you are now, to an educated, empowered buyer making AMAZING decisions for your present and your future!

Then comes the pre-approval process (don’t worry! I will connect you with lenders that are amazing to work with) and the house hunt begins!
